I wanted to thank you for getting the contributions report reformatting for use with a double window envelope. Most people will use a #9 double window envelope. While there are a number of window size/spacing options available depending on the manufacturer, I might suggest the following changes to make the return and mailing address spacing on the contributions report fit better to most of the commonly available double window envelopes:
Return address: move upward 2 lines (about ¼ inch), and to the left 3/8 inch. Another way to say this: margin of 1” from top and 3/4” from left.
Mailing address: leave as is vertically, but move to the left 7/8 inch. This should make the top of the address block 2 3/8” from top and 3/4” from left.

By the way, I am using this template for the #9 envelope: http://windowenvelopes.com/images/13005.pdf. This is the same as Office Depot Brand Double-Window Envelopes, #9, 3 7/8" x 8 7/8", item # 633712.
