absentee & attendence
In the current absentee report, it seems that you are given the names of those absent at least once during the time period of the report. I would like to know the dates a person was absent or at least the number of times a person was absent. For example, I like to easily determine if a person has been absent 2 or 3 weeks in a row versus just absent one of the last 3 services. What about adding a chart to help pastor easily see individual attendance trends so that we can more easily spot people who might need help.

Also, if on the reporting page there was an option for a report list showing just email/phone, much like the page shows. We currently print the webpage versus selecting one of the choices available because we print out the list, and make copies to go over in our Monday morning contact group. Printing the webpage takes only 7 pieces of paper versus the 16-20pgs in the formats offered. We do not want to give higher access to these people in CMO.

This idea is very important to us for shepherding our flock. We currently print out a report of all who've been absent 3 Sundays for our Pastors to follow up.
